Malthouse Manager

Are you looking for more than a job? Are you a talented Manager with the ability to work as a team with your direct reports? Malteurop Canada is looking for a Malthouse Manager at our plant located on Dugald Road in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

The successful candidate will have at least an Associate degree; however, a Bachelors degree is preferred.  Experience in food processing and/or grain experience is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge in Best Operating Procedures, Industrial Safety, at least 5 years supervising, the ability to work with a diverse group of people, available to work some weekends and holidays, possible rotating shifts and be able to put in the hours needed to get the job done.  Responsibilities will include hiring, supervision of a staff of up to 16,  payroll management, safety observation audits, sanitation audits, and terminations to list a few.

  2. Responsable de ventas

    Encargado de la relación directa entre dos industriales y especializado en una industria mono-producto y mayoritariamente mono-clientela, el agente comercial debe conocer el producto, los procedimientos de fabricación, las peculiaridades de los pliegos de condiciones de los clientes, pero también el oficio de cervecero y los procedimientos técnicos de la cervecería.
